Housing First - At a glance
Housing first is a community based program aimed at preventing and reducing homelessness by successfully finding permanent housing solutions for individuals in the Swan River Valley. Our goal is to shift away from short term fixes and focus on long term solutions by offering the supports and resources that fit our clients individual needs.
Our hope is to be successful in finding permanent solutions for individuals in the Swan River Valley.
Our sole focus is finding housing, by doing this we are giving clients a fixed address that is appropriate and includes required services. Housing First works closely with landlords in the Swan Valley to provide the housing that is needed for our clients.
